Children
Children's Programs
Registration is required and begins one week prior to program date or as posted. Only registrations in person will be accepted on the first day. If there is still room in the program, registration will be accepted by phone (703 792-4530) starting on the second day. Tickets must be picked up in person for all ticketed programs.
Pokémon SaturdayAll kids in first grade and up are welcome to come for playing or for watching Pokemon activities. You can trade cards, play the card game, or bring your Gameboy or Nintendo DS and join the wireless group. Anything Pokémon is welcome. Teen Pokémon experts are encouraged to attend as well. Help us pass on the knowledge! Parents of first and second graders are expected to remain in the room. Parents of third and fourth graders are expected to remain in the building.
Drop-in; no registration required Halloween Party and Puppet Show!Bull Run Regional Library will host a Halloween Party and Puppet Show. Sandy Feulner of Puppets and More will present two short puppet shows: Witch Gets Ready and Witch's Winter Kitchen. The free program is for all ages. The children will also parade around the library; costumes are optional.

If you like reading the American Girl books this is the club for you! We meet at Bull Run Library once a month to talk about one of the books. Call Bull Run Library for more information. Registration, in person or by phone, begins September 23 Third ThursdaysHeld on the third Thursday of each month, Third Thursdays is a literature based activity program for students in grades 1–5. Activities may include cooking, games, or crafts. Note: Third Thursdays replaces Hodgepodge From Orchard to You
